I am extremely disappointed by the quality of your company's product and customer service. I don't expect any compensation will follow this email; however I may feel some closure by informing your company of my experience.

Within the 180 day warranty the ring I purchased lost a diamond. I made a report and sent the ring to be fixed. I also asked if there is any additional warranty to be given to the repaired ring. The associate who returned my email informed me that the only warranty I have is 180 days from the date of sale. In good faith, I accepted this and to my grave disappointment within just a few weeks from the time I received the repaired ring it broke in pieces.

I am now out a ring and out over $400 USD of purchase and shipping costs. In this case diamonds do NOT last forever.

We have had the exact same issue with the diamonds falling out 3 times, having to send it back for a replacement 3 times and now the ring has a large crack which they will not replace.

Terrible customer service and workmanship.
